DELIVERY INFORMATION
FREE Delivery on all Orders to the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland
TIMESCALES
We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days, and should reach you within 3-5 business days. However on some occasions we may be unable to meet these timescales, especially if your personalisation requirements are particularly complex or your delivery location is outside of the UK mainland. If this is the case we will contact you in advance to advise you of the anticipated delivery date.
Please Note: Standard delivery days (also referred to as working days) are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and bank holidays.
SORRY, NO COLLECTIONS
Pickhut.com aims to be the UK’s largest online retailer of personalised gift-ware. We deliver orders direct to customers throughout the UK. To keep our costs competitive we do not have retail outlets, as such it is not possible for customers to collect orders directly from our warehouse premises.
SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
