Timescales

We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days, and should reach you within 3-5 business days. However on some occasions we may be unable to meet these timescales, especially if your personalisation requirements are particularly complex or your delivery location is outside of the UK mainland. If this is the case we will contact you in advance to advise you of the anticipated delivery date.

Please Note:  Standard delivery days (also referred to as working days) are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Pickhut.com aims to be the UK's largest online retailer of personalised giftware. We deliver orders direct to customers throughout the UK. To keep our costs competitive we do not have retail outlets, as such it is not possible for customers to collect orders directly from our warehouse premises.
